MySweetPetites.com requires online payments to be made to either of our online merchant accounts with PayPal or Google Checkout.  PayPal and Google Checkout accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments.

Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept email cancellations or changes to pending orders.  Please contact customer service at (858) 271-SWEET regarding a change or canceling your order.

*Shipping:
MySweetPetites.com ships to all 50 U.S. States and Canada. Canada shipping offered via USPS and international rates will apply. Also, shipping to Canada ONLY offered through Paypal checkout. At this time we cannot ship to U.S. territories, international, or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary depending on customer location. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Approximate ground rates are as follows:

Returns & Exchanges


Our Return/Exchange policy:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are not pleased with your purchase we invite you to return unused product in its original condition within 14 days for a refund (less shipping costs) or merchandise exchange.  For everyone’s health and safety we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear.  We at Sweet Petites pride ourselves on great fitting products.  We highly recommend reviewing our size chart before purchasing or contacting customer service with any sizing questions at (858) 271-SWEET.



Return Instructions:
  1. Complete the return form included in each order.
  2. Make a copy of completed form for your records.
  3. Place merchandise (must be in original condition and packaging with tags on) and return form in appropriate packaging for shipping.

Gift Returns:

Exchange Instructions:
To make a merchandise exchange, please contact customer service at (858) 271-SWEET. We will verify our inventory and hold exchange merchandise for you until we receive your unwanted item(s). For exchanges we offer complimentary shipping on outgoing merchandise.
