HAVE A PLAN


Not everyone can afford a personal trainer giving you a specialized workout with one on one help.  Having a plan when you go to the gym is very important.  A plan keeps you focused, organized and hopefully motivated to reach your fitness goals faster.  Your plan should include a calendar or timeline of each workout as well as what the workout will be. 

 

If you are trying to lose a certain amount of weight, give yourself healthy goals to meet.  Pre-made workout plans are readily available online or maybe even at your gym.  You should always consult a  fitness professional before beginning a workout regime if you are not familiar with exercises or equipment.  Investing in at least one personal training session is helpful.  Usually you get a fitness assessment and the trainer can get you started on a workout plan.
